Connard HR Consulting was born in 2008 from the needs of our clients. We have been operating for more than a decade on the strength of our service and referrals from clients.

Our aim is to provide employers with access to executive level HR expertise without the overhead typically associated with large consulting firms. Services can be retained on a per diem basis. Rates are quoted upfront, so billing is never a surprise.

Brayton Connard is the owner and founder of Connard HR Consulting. A former 16-year Chief Human Resources Officer for one of Rochester, NY's largest employers, Connard is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an eCornell Course Facilitator with Cornell University. He has earned numerous national, state and local awards for his HR work and is a past president of the NYS Civil Service association.
